German Chocolate Cake Baked Oatmeal




Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry oats
1 cup water
1/8 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla extract
2 T. DaVinci sugar-free Caramel syrup
1/2 T. toasted unsweetened coconut (I used Organic large chipped coconut)
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
3 pecan halves, chopped in bits
1/2 Tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Calories: 266Carbs: 
42 grams
Fat: 10 grams
Protein: 11 grams

Directions:Mix the above in a sprayed oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle on choc chips, coconut and pecans.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
