Garlic Lemon Dijon Salmon

2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp dried
2 large garlic cloves
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp olive or coconut oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Mix all together, spoon over salmon then spread around on the fish. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
